Vendor Registration & Rules
In
order to keep space rental reasonable and the show exciting for
attendees, we request the following rules which apply to everyone:
Vendor
set up is from 7:00 am to 9:45 am. The show opens promptly at 10:00 am.
No vendor is permitted to leave before 4:00 pm, which is when the show
closes. Tables are 8' long and are $50 each. Table space is sold on a first come first serve basis. Tables
are held and secured with a 50% deposit and a credit card, with the
remaining balance due the day of the show. Table space rental is
non-refundable, even if you fail to show up. If full payment has not
been received we will bill your credit card for the balance owed. If
you are running late, please call 772-216-8053. Deposits will be
refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the show date and we
are able to rent the space. Reserved table space will be held until
9:45 am, after which they will become available to any other vendor who
wishes to rent them. There is a $25 charge for any check that is
returned. All tables must be covered. It is your responsibility to keep
your space clean and litter free. All transactions are between buyer
and seller.
